Job summary

PT Coway International Indonesia is seeking an analyst to develop demand forecasts and inventory plans, lead product launches, and coordinate cross-functional projects across SCM, Marketing, and Sales. The role maintains product master data and monitors performance against KPIs to drive efficiency and support promotions.

The candidate will have 2–4 years of related experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel VBA and Google Sheets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Product Planning, or Project Management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and data analysis.
Proficient in Excel (VBA & Macro), Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in electronics, consumer goods, or import-based industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop demand forecasts and inventory plans to support business goals.
Lead product launch and lifecycle management activities.
Coordinate cross-functional projects across SCM, Marketing, Sales, and related teams.
Maintain product master data, documentation, and product records.
Monitor product performance, inventory trends, and operational KPIs.
Support product-related programs, promotions, and business initiatives.
Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency projects.
Prepare reports and insights to support planning and decision-making.
