Job summary

JAPFA FOOD INDONESIA is seeking a seasoned Demand Planning specialist to develop and maintain accurate forecasts guiding production and inventory decisions. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service to capture market trends and customer requirements, ensuring manufacturing capacity aligns with demand.

You will analyze variances, optimize inventory across distribution centers, and prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, or similar roles within FMCG manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in demand forecasting methodologies and proficiency with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in inventory management and safety stock calculations.
• Collaborative experience with cross-functional teams including sales, production, logistics, and procurement.

Responsibilities
