Job summary

PT Coway International Indonesia is seeking a data-driven Operations Analyst to support service management through SOP development, budget monitoring, and data reporting. The role emphasizes cross-department collaboration, analysis of operational data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Based at our head office in Jakarta, you will work with teams to maintain processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to management decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong statistical and data analysis skills.
• Good understanding of customer service and end-to-end operational processes.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• English proficiency preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOPs, guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Support budget monitoring, technician commissions & allowances control, and compliance with policies.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvements.
• Prepare management reports and other operational documents to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with departments to collect and validate data for reporting and analysis.
