Job summary
Schneider Electric Indonesia is seeking a Customer Delivery Experience & Logistics Transformation Leader to design and optimize innovative logistics solutions, enhancing delivery experience and operational efficiency. You will lead logistics engineering initiatives, develop and implement new offers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform supply chain operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience in supply chain operations and front-office/customer-facing roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and/or Oracle Trade Management systems.
- Fluent in English and the local language.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with customers and commercial team.
- Understand the voice of customers and deploy actions to meet delivery satisfaction.
- Analyze and influence inventory strategy to meet customer and business needs.
- Monitor Customer Satisfaction KPI and feedback.
- Define and drive corrective action for long-term solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation projects.
