We are hiring for Customer Delivery Experience & Logistics Transformation Leader and in this role you will be driving the design and optimization of innovative logistics solutions that enhance customer delivery experience and operational efficiency. You will lead logistics engineering initiatives, develop and implement new logistics offers, identify process improvement opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform supply chain operations through continuous innovation and best practices. This role would require strategic mindset, specialized expertise, leadership, and independent judgment to drive change, shape business strategy, and manage projects, people, or processes.

What will you do?

Customer Satisfaction on Delivery - Delight Customer

• Develop relationships with customers and commercial team.
• Understand the voice of customers (through customer visit, etc)
• Deploy actions & solutions to meet drive customer satisfaction
• Analyze and influence inventory strategy to meet customer and business needs
• Monitor Customer Satisfaction KPI and feedback
• Identify customer pain points, the root cause, and priorities
• Ensure On Time Delivery (OTD, OTDC2, BOL, etc) and Customer Satisfaction (NSSoD).
• Build relationship with customers and sales team
• Define and drive corrective action for long term solution
• Coordinate with other teams and follow-up diligently.

Transformation Projects – Continuous Improvement

• Understand company priorities and direction
• Support or lead transformation project in the country
• Communicate efficiently – why, what, how, when, who
• Drive project execution till delivery
• Influence and convince stakeholders on the transformation
• Monitor project effectiveness and adoption
• Identify area of opportunities for improvement / digitalization and deploy actions to realize them

Customer Golden KPI

• Reliable leader for delivery to customers

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Adequate years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related functions.
• Experience in both supply chain operations and front-office/customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and business processes.
• Ability to work independently, drive improvements, and manage projects, processes or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in SAP and/or Oracle Trade Management systems.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and the local language.
