Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Indonesia is seeking a Senior Manager Warehouse & System Implementation to lead strategic initiatives that optimize warehouse operations and drive digital transformation across our network.

You will oversee end-to-end warehouse implementations, customer onboarding, and operational expansions, while establishing governance, timelines, and resource plans to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations
• Experience leading warehouse implementations and customer onboarding
• Strong experience with WMS and digital transformation
• Proven project management across multiple implementations
• Business English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations implementations and onboarding projects
• Develop implementation strategies, governance, timelines and resources
• Drive system readiness, testing, training and user adoption
• Partner with IT, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to maximize impact
• Drive governance and compliance for operational systems
