Job summary

PT MAP AKTIF ADIPERKASA is seeking a DC Manager to strategically manage the MAP DC in Jakarta, ensuring policies and SOPs are followed while complying with warehousing and distribution regulations.

The role includes designing and renewing service contracts, managing budgets, planning capacity for inbound and outbound logistics, and delivering projects on schedule. You will lead initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency across operations.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage MAA DC in compliance with company policies and vision.
• Coordinate and enforce optimal DC operational policies, SOPs and procedures.
• Select, design and renew yearly contracts with service partners and monitor KPI performance.
• Maintain partner governance and conduct periodic reviews for DC operations.
• Prepare annual DC budgets and control costs within the budget.
• Plan DC capacity for inbound and outbound, optimize layout and space utilization.
• Deliver new project rollout and completion per target.
• Produce management reports and statistics on defined cadence.
• Train and lead staff to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, compliance and integrity.
