Job summary

Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food is offering a full-time internship in data administration at our Jakarta office. You will assist with data filtering and cleansing to ensure accuracy, help classify spare part brands, and support ongoing data management projects.

We seek fresh graduates or active students in Engineering or Management with strong Excel skills and a detail-oriented mindset. You will join a hands-on team and gain practical experience in data analysis, validation, and large-scale data

Qualifications

• Freshgraduate or undergraduate (active students) majoring in Engineering or Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong data processing and analysis skills.
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and ability to work with large datasets.
• Willing to learn and commit to a 6-month full-time internship.
• Available to work full-time from the office, Mon-Fri, 08:30-17:30, ASAP.

• Freshgraduate or undergraduate (active students) with NO CLASS TO ATTEND majoring in Engineering or Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong skills in data processing and analysis, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Table, and other Excel functions.
• Familiar with ChatGPT, Claude, or AI tools such as Copilot is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to ensure data accuracy.
• Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work with large amounts of data.
• Able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship.
• Available to work full-time from the office (Monday-Friday, 08.30-17.30).
• Available to join as soon as possible (ASAP).
