Job summary

PT SMART Tbk in Jakarta is seeking a data internship to assist in data filtering, cleansing, and spare part data management. You will support classification of brands and categories and help ensure data accuracy.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or active students in Mechanical Engineering or Management, proficient in Excel, familiar with AI tools, detail-oriented, and able to handle large datasets. Full-time 6-month internship, office-based 08:30–17:30, ASAP available.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or current student with no class to attend in Mechanical Engineering or Management.
• Strong data processing and Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform data filtering and cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in identifying and classifying spare part brands and categories.
• Support data validation and standardization for spare part information.
• Help identify duplicate part numbers and ensure data completeness.
• Support ongoing projects related to spare part data management and analysis.
