Job summary

PT SMART Tbk in Jakarta is seeking a data internship to assist in data filtering, cleansing, and spare part data management. You will support classification of brands and categories and help ensure data accuracy.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or active students in Mechanical Engineering or Management, proficient in Excel, familiar with AI tools, detail-oriented, and able to handle large datasets. Full-time 6-month internship, office-based 08:30–17:30, ASAP available.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or current student with no class to attend in Mechanical Engineering or Management.
• Strong data processing and Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• Freshgraduate or undergraduate (active students) with NO CLASS TO ATTEND majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong skills in data processing and analysis, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Table, and other Excel functions.
• Familiar with ChatGPT, Claude, or AI tools such as Copilot is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to ensure data accuracy.
• Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work with large amounts of data.
• Able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship.
• Available to work full-time from the office (Monday–Friday, 08.30–17.30).
• Available to join as soon as possible (ASAP).
