Job summary

ATI Business Group is seeking a Data & Infrastructure Support Engineer to be the first line of response for data and infrastructure incidents, analyzing logs, reviewing dashboards, and providing initial diagnoses to resolve issues or escalate with context.

You will work with servers, cloud services, networking, ETL pipelines, and data platforms while using monitoring tools; you’ll also gain exposure to UiPath RPA and AI/LLM support alongside the engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience in technical support, service desk, or infrastructure roles.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and methodical approach.
• Comfortable with logs, dashboards, alerts, and observability tools.
• Familiarity with SQL and ETL concepts.
• Understanding of cloud fundamentals across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Basic scripting skills in Python or PowerShell.
• Experience with ITSM tools and incident management processes.
• Exposure to UiPath or AI/LLM automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for data and infrastructure incidents.
• Review logs, dashboards, alerts to diagnose issues.
• Support health of servers, cloud services, networking, storage.
• Monitor data pipelines, ETL/ELT jobs, data warehouses.
• Manage tickets and SLA, document investigations and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues with clear context.
• Follow runbooks and improve documentation.
• Gain exposure to RPA and AI/LLM support with engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve monitoring and processes.
