You will collaborate with senior teams to advance data literacy, policy adherence, and enterprise data solutions across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in data governance, data management, data quality, or related area; multinational experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of how data supports major end-to-end business processes (e.g., Order to Cash, Source to Pay).
• Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• FMCG/consumer goods or retail industry experience is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Build stakeholder support for data governance and secure sponsorship for local strategy and roadmap.
• Turn business needs into a clear data roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and coordinate resources.
• Establish local data governance operating model with clear roles and ownership.
• Improve data quality, policies, workflows, and controls across quality, privacy, security, and lineage.
• Drive adoption of enterprise data solutions and reduce duplication in local platforms.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in data maturity and literacy.
• Support governance forums and issue resolution with clear escalation channels.
