Job summary

Permata Bank is seeking a Data Governance professional to establish and enforce data policy frameworks, ensuring data quality, security, and trust across the organization. You will drive governance across business units, manage data ownership, and mitigate compliance risks in line with regulations.

The role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, a solid understanding of banking data platforms, and experience in IT governance, risk, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information System, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Data Governance, IT Governance, Compliance, or Risk Management, with specific experience in AI/ML/Gen AI projects.
• Strong understanding of relationship between business process, architecture, control, risk, compliance and data technology.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce data policy frameworks and standards to ensure data quality, consistency, and security across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that each business unit has access to valid and trusted data, establishing clear data ownership, and mitigating legal risks through compliance with applicable data protection regulations
