Job summary

PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure, Tbk invites a Data Governance Specialist to lead governance, architecture and compliance initiatives across the enterprise data estate in Jakarta. You will shape data policies and drive data-driven decision making.

As a senior data leader, you will manage Data Owners, Stewards and Users, oversee metadata and lineage, and guide Data Warehouse, Data Mart and ETL/ELT efforts while raising data quality and readiness. You will mentor the team to achieve unit KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in Data Management, Governance, or Architecture.
• Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK, COBIT, or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience with Data Warehouse, Data Mart, Metadata, and ETL/ELT.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills; leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Governance, Data Architecture, and Data Compliance implementation.
• Manage Data Owners, Stewards, Users, Metadata, and Lineage per standards.
• Direct the development of Data Warehouse, Data Mart, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Ensure Data Quality, Maturity, and Readiness assessments.
• Develop data governance policies to enable data-driven decisions.
• Lead and develop the team to achieve unit KPIs.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a relevant field
