You will partner with leaders to prioritize opportunities, build a practical roadmap, and promote global data tools while ensuring local solutions align with Group guidelines.

This role focuses on data quality, security, privacy, and driving adoption of enterprise data solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in data governance, data management, data quality; multinational experience preferred.
• Strong English communication and ability to lead change across functions.

Responsibilities

• Build stakeholder support for data governance across functions.
• Turn business needs into a clear data governance roadmap.
• Establish the local data governance operating model with roles and ownership.
• Improve data quality, security, privacy, and compliance controls.
• Drive adoption of enterprise data solutions and avoid duplication.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for automation and literacy.
• Support governance forums and issue resolution with clear escalation channels.
