The role involves crosschecking orders, shipment details, and inventory data, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with logistics and warehouse teams to align physical stock with system records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Experience in data entry, inventory, or garment operations is an advantage.
• Organized, responsible, and able to handle repetitive data tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Monitor data discrepancies and assist in resolving data issues related to shipments and inventory.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Experience in data entry, inventory, or garment operations is an advantage.

Organized, responsible, and able to handle repetitive data tasks efficiently.

Yogyakarta domiciled is preferred.
