Job summary

PT ALTO Network, a leading fintech company in Indonesia, seeks a Data Engineer/BI Engineer to design pipelines from multiple sources into Datalake and Datawarehouse in BigQuery. You will build dashboards for internal engineering needs and help document data quality controls.

You will collaborate with the BI and IT Engineering teams, ensure governance, and explore new data products while leveraging Python, SQL, and cloud data tools.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Knowledge of data pipeline orchestration and workflow automation tools.
• Proficiency in relational databases.
• Cloud-based big data tools such as Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, or Azure Data Lake.
• Understand Python and SQL.
• Knowledge of data quality, data security, compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
• Experience with Dashboard tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase).
• Ability to create dashboards for operational or helicopter view for Unit Head.

Job Description

Role purpose:

• Develop pipeline from several data sources to Datalake and Datawarehouse to help BI team develop dashboards dan reports.
• Create Dashboard for Internal Engineering or Data Engineering needs.
• Help prepare documentation and Data Quality check for Pipeline made by Senior Data Engineer.

Deliverables/outcomes:

• Help Data Engineering & Reporting Unit Head Assist Data Manager in project implementation and documentation activities
• Act as data engineer to help BI team and internal Data Engineering in gathering data from all source within ALTO
• Act as data engineer to help Reporting in IT Engineering team.
• Act as BI Engineer to create dashboard for internal Data Engineeringneeds.
• Actively communicating with Dev to get knowledge of data or new products.
• Actively looking for newly released products
• Develop Pipeline to get data from several sources into Datalake and Datawarehouse in BigQuery
• Develop dashboard for internal Data Engineering needs
• Risk/Findings audit to be fulfilled
• Ensure staff are informed and trained to support good corporate governance in their specific areas of work.

Qualifications

Knowledge

• Basic understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Information System/Data Science/Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistic/Others
• Experienced with data pipeline orchestrator/tools and experienced coding from scratch to build pipeline
• Proven experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence or similar position at least 1 years' experience or internship
