Job summary

PT ALTO Network is seeking an experienced SRE/IT Support professional to join our engineering operations in Indonesia. You will manage production changes, respond to incidents within SLAs, and drive automation across products and deployments.

Responsibilities include deployment activities, monitoring implementation, and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in similar roles and solid scripting experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SRE/IT support or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, REST APIs and ISO 8583.
• Experience with ELK, CI/CD pipelines and scripting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent change management when implementing changes in production.
• Respond to incidents and problems within SLA, and perform root cause analysis.
• Handle service requests and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
• Automate tasks to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
