Job summary

PT Sqiva Infotech Nusantara is offering a six-month internship focused on data gathering, dashboard creation, and data storytelling. You will inventory data across functions, set documentation standards, and assist leadership with data-backed insights.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related fields, are analytical, proactive, and comfortable with spreadsheets. A personal laptop is required to participate fully.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in business or related fields.
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a collaborative environment.
• Analytical and structured thinker.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel).
• Can commit to a six-month internship and has a personal laptop.

Responsibilities

• Gather and inventory company data across functions; set documentation standards.
• Assist in creating dashboards on key metrics with trends, period comparisons, and variance flags.
• Run ad hoc analyses and synthesize findings into memos or decks.
• Support business reviews with data-backed narratives and benchmarking.
• Clean, structure, and document existing data and processes; flag bottlenecks.
