Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a KPI/BI minded analyst to collect, consolidate, and clean data from diverse sources in Jakarta. You will build daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards, translate data into clear insights for management, and automate recurring reports to improve efficiency.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, structured datasets, and collaboration with the Strategy & Operations team to track performance and enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience building dashboards using Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a strong plus.
• Basic understanding of data structuring and reporting logic.
• Ability to present data in a clear, simple, and decision-oriented manner.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and clean data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across reports and dashboards.
• Maintain structured datasets and documentation for recurring reports.
• Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to track key business metrics.
• Translate operational data into clear visual insights for management and team leaders.
• Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Support the Strategy & Operations team with data analysis for performance tracking and problem-solving.
• Provide insights related to enrollment funnel, occupancy, revenue, staffing, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in ad-hoc analysis for new initiatives, pilot projects, or business expansion planning.
• Align metric definitions across teams to ensure a single source of truth.
• Support meetings and business reviews by preparing data and following up on action items.
• Identify gaps in data availability, reporting flow, and operational tracking.
• Recommend improvements to data processes, dashboards, and reporting structures.
