Job summary

PT Sqiva Infotech Nusantara is offering a six-month internship focused on data gathering, dashboard creation, and data storytelling. You will inventory data across functions, set documentation standards, and assist leadership with data-backed insights.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related fields, are analytical, proactive, and comfortable with spreadsheets. A personal laptop is required to participate fully.

Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards on key metrics, with trends, period comparisons, and variance flags showing what changed and why.

Run ad hoc analysis for leadership questions; synthesize findings into concise memos or decks. Support business review updates with data-backed narratives and basic benchmarking.

Clean, structure, and document existing data and processes; flag bottlenecks found along the way; keep documentation replicable.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.

Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a collaborative environment.

Analytical and structured thinker

Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel) and exposure to dashboard or BI tools is a plus

Able to commit to a six months’ internship.
