Job summary

Asiacruit seeks a Data Center & Inventory Lead to establish and manage warehouse operations for a data center facility in Jakarta and Karawang. You will oversee receiving, storing, tracking, and issuing spare parts, IT hardware, and critical infrastructure components.

Responsibilities include setting inventory controls, maintaining stock records, coordinating replenishment, and managing returns and RMA processes while ensuring traceability and secure storage in a high-availability data center

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, technical logistics, or asset management.
• Experience with IT hardware, electronic components, electrical equipment, or technical spare parts is preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, or asset tracking tools.
• Knowledge of goods receiving, stock control, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse documentation.
• Familiarity with serial number tracking, asset tagging, and equipment return processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good command of English; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish inventory procedures, stock controls, and minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Manage receiving, inspection, storage, picking, issuing, and dispatching of equipment and spare parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including serial numbers, asset tags, and stock movements.
• Conduct regular stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and audits.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Manage equipment returns, warranty claims, and RMA processes.
• Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, logistics providers, and data center technical teams.
• Ensure proper storage conditions, secure access, and traceability of critical equipment.
• Maintain warehouse documentation, transaction records, and inventory reports.
