Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a seasoned Data Center Project Director to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center infrastructure in Jakarta Selatan. You will drive governance, budgets, risk management, and cross-functional coordination with EPC, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations, and customers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Telecommunications, IT or related engineering field.
PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project delivery, engineering, construction, or large-scale infrastructure project management.
Minimum 3–5 years of direct leadership delivering large-scale data center projects (over 500 racks).
Proven experience managing EPC/EPCM contractors, consultants, and multi-vendor environments.
Strong understanding of mission-critical data center infra including electrical, UPS, generators, HVAC, cooling, fire protection, BMS, DCIM.
Knowledge of international data center standards (Uptime Tier, TCCF, ASHRAE).
Leadership, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, negotiation, and governance capabilities.
Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center projects from initiation to closure.
Develop and execute delivery strategies aligned with contracts and client requirements.
Manage overall financial performance: budgets, profitability, revenue milestones, costs, cash flow, reporting.
Direct multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, EPC, commissioning, operations, and vendors.
Identify risks, implement mitigations, manage escalations, resolve critical issues.
Oversee contract administration, variations, claims, negotiations, and change control.
Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, local regulations, and technical specs.
Build relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in methodologies, governance, and performance.
