Job summary

You will work on shift rotations (1st and 2nd shifts) and be placed at a 24/7 site in Cibitung, Bekasi, contributing to banking data center operations and standard procedures across the region.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Data Center support.
• Basic knowledge of Data Center components (Servers, Storage, Network, Cabling).
• Willingness to work shifts in a 24/7 site and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Follow Data Center daily checklist and perform required actions.
• Coordinate with vendors and escort support as needed.
• Monitor server health and record status in standard reports.
• Handle first-level network/BAU tasks under SME guidance at site.
