Job summary

Pt Ananta Makmur Perkasa seeks a Data Center Ops Senior Analyst to join the Bekasi team. The role follows a daily Data Center checklist, coordinating with vendors, and providing level 1 support for server, network, and cabling tasks on site.

You will work with a partner for racking and stacking, monitor physical health, log reports, and support change activities under SME guidance at the site in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Data Center support.
• Knowledge of servers, storage, network, and cabling.
• Experience with ServiceNow and ticket handling.
• Willing to work 24/7 shifts at Bekasi site.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily Data Center checklist to perform required actions.
• Coordinate with vendors and escort support as needed.
• Assist with rack & stack and server movement with designated partner.
• Monitor server health and record status in standard reports.
• Handle first-level monitoring, tickets, and escalate as required.
