Job summary

NTT DATA in Indonesia is seeking a Data Center Ops Senior Analyst to support 1st level data center activities at a Bekasi-based site. You will follow daily checklists, assist with rack and stack, monitor server health, and coordinate with partners to ensure smooth operations.

Top candidates will have 3–5 years of data center experience, basic knowledge of server, storage, network and cabling, and a willingness to work rotating shifts (7:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00) at a 24/7 site in Cibitung/Bekasi.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Data Center support experience.

• Follows Data Center SOPs and uses ServiceNow for tickets.
• Willing to be placed at 24/7 site in Cibitung, Bekasi.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily Data Center checklist and perform required actions.
• Coordinate with vendors and escort support as needed.
• Monitor server health and record in standard reports.
• Rack & stack support with partner and assist during initial stages.
• Handle first-level monitoring and create tickets in ServiceNow.

Data Center Ops Senior Analyst

Location: Bekasi, Jawa Barat (ID-JB), Indonesia (ID).

Job Requirements & Responsibilities

• Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience working as Data Center support, basic knowledge of Data Center components such as Server, Storage, Network, Cabling (UTP, Fiber) is required
• Data Center Ops Senior Analyst role is follow the daily Data Center checklist provided to perform required action. This is inclusive of vendor coordination, escort support, Continuity of Business support and level 1 - Network/Voice support for the change/BAU tasks under SME guidance at site accordingly.
• Candidate should know the basic Operations in Data Center running environment and process follow within Data Center
• Follow the Standard instructions given SA (via SNow) or Data Center Management for activities such as rack & stack, cable patching, server health check, etc
• Work with Designated Partner for racking and stacking of server and all movement of servers will be managed by partner, Operator has to help rack and stack during initial stage
• Monitor the country Data Center servers status in terms of physical health check (Monitoring only involves for first level of work) and record in standard report
• Work with SA for console access and any approved process needs to follow in Data Center
• Follow the standard operating procedure of banking Data Center Operation, which are standard across the region
• Work on Service Now tickets / Request for any action required for first level monitoring and engage right team for next course of action
• Hands and legs support in case of escorting partner or any change worked required in Data Center
• Support with shift work rotation (1st shift at 7-19, 2nd shift at 19-7) including public holiday, this can be changed if business needed
• Willing to be placed at 24/7 site in Cibitung, Bekasi
