Job summary

PayJoy is seeking a senior leader to drive national expansion and oversee major commercial projects across Indonesia. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, steer marketing and sales initiatives, and manage stakeholder relationships to achieve ambitious growth targets.

The role requires a track record of building high-performance sales cultures, strong negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of market trends to inform strategic decisions at the group level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field from a reputable university.
• 8+ years of experience growing and retaining key accounts while leading a team to exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial strategy for national expansion and drive growth across project workstreams.
• Define success KPIs translating market trends into revenue growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams, govern data and performance reviews, report to senior leadership.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with partners/vendors and mitigate risks.
