DAMAC Digital in Jakarta is seeking an Admin Manager - Operations to provide administrative and technical coordination for the operations team, ensuring vendor services, contracts, records, and spare-parts inventories are well-managed to support reliable data center operations.

The role focuses on documentation, performance monitoring, and compliance with HSE, cybersecurity, and ISO policies, reporting to drive efficiencies across CAFM/CMMS and ERP systems.

Qualificações

• Diploma or bachelor's in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Data Center or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience with vendor coordination, contracts, procurement, and inventory management.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate administrative support, scheduling, and operational documentation for the operations team.
• Manage vendor coordination, contracts, SLAs, service visits, and escalate compliance or performance issues.
• Maintain the critical-spares register and coordinate replenishment, stock counts, and reconciliation.
• Keep records across CAFM/CMMS and ERP systems, plus technical documentation such as certificates and manuals.
• Coordinate documentation for service providers (BMS, EPMS, DCIM, CCTV, ACS, Modbus, BACnet) without engineering approval authority.
• Support budgeting, dashboards, vendor scorecards, and compliance with HSE/cybersecurity/ISO policies.
