Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an Electrical Engineer (Data Center) to design, validate, and deliver reliable electrical infrastructure for large-scale data center projects in South Jakarta, Indonesia. You will oversee the full engineering lifecycle, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in electrical design for mission-critical facilities, strong HV/MV/LV

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering design or technical project delivery.
• Experience leading engineering activities for data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Hands-on with large-scale data center electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV, UPS, generators, grounding and distribution.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, ETAP, and MS Office; able to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver electrical system designs for large data center projects (SLD, load calcs, BOQ).
• Design and validate HV, MV, LV, UPS, generators, PDU, battery backup systems.
• Ensure designs meet specs, regulations, and international data center standards.
• Define end-to-end architectures and select compatible equipment.
• Lead design reviews with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Support site execution and commissioning activities; ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare technical reports, calculations, and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and improve performance.
