Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead design and delivery of electrical infrastructure for large-scale data center projects in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The role oversees end-to-end engineering, from SLDs and load calculations to HV/MV/LV power distribution, UPS, generators, and battery systems.

You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliant, reliable, and timely project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering design, MEP, or project delivery.
• Proven experience with data center or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HV, MV, LV, UPS, generators, grounding and power monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical system designs for large-scale data centers (SLD, load calculations, layouts).
• Validate HV/MV/LV, UPS, generators, PDUs and battery backup systems.
• Ensure compliance with standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Support site execution, commissioning, and handover activities.
