Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia in South Jakarta, Indonesia, seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer (Data Center) to design and deliver reliable electrical infrastructure for mission‑critical facilities. You will lead end‑to‑end engineering from concept through commissioning, coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

The role requires strong HV/MV/LV expertise, UPS and generator knowledge, and hands‑on data center experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering design, MEP engineering, or technical project delivery.
• Experience leading engineering activities within data center or mission‑critical infrastructure projects.
• Hands‑on experience delivering large‑scale data center facilities with complex electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver electrical system designs for large‑scale data center projects, including SLDs, load calculations, and BOQ.
• Design and validate HV, MV, LV, UPS, generators, transformers, and PDU systems.
• Ensure solutions comply with project specs, local regulations, and data center standards.
• Define end‑to‑end electrical architectures and evaluate equipment for reliability and energy efficiency.
• Review and recommend electrical equipment and infrastructure components.
• Lead technical discussions and design clarification sessions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Support construction, installation, and site execution with engineering guidance.
• Conduct site inspections and review design changes throughout execution.
• Collaborate with commissioning teams during testing and handover.
• Prepare engineering documentation and technical reports in line with quality standards.
