Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks an Electrical Engineer (Data Center) to design and deliver reliable electrical infrastructure for large-scale data center projects in South Jakarta, Indonesia. You will oversee end-to-end engineering, from system design to on-site support, ensuring compliance with international data center standards and local regulations.

The role requires strong HV/MV/LV knowledge, UPS systems, generators, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering design, MEP engineering, or technical project delivery.
Proven experience leading engineering activities within data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
Hands-on experience delivering large-scale data center facilities with complex electrical systems.
Strong knowledge of HV, MV, LV, UPS, generators, grounding and power distribution systems.

Responsibilities

Develop electrical system designs for large-scale data center projects including SLDs, load calculations, and BOQs.
Design and validate HV/MV/LV, UPS, generators, transformers, and PDU systems.
Ensure compliance with project specs, local regulations, and data center standards.
Lead design reviews and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Support construction, site execution, and commissioning activities.
Prepare engineering documentation and reports.
