Job summary

PT Margacipta Wirasentosa is seeking a skilled Data Analyst Sales to join the sales team in Cikupa, Banten, on a full-time basis. You will transform raw sales data into insights that drive decisions, support targets, and improve profitability through data-driven analysis and reporting.

You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels. The role requires strong Excel skills, data interpretation, and bilingual fluency in English and Indonesian where

About the role

PT Margacipta Wirasentosa is seeking a Data Analyst Sales to join our dynamic sales team on a full-time basis in Cikupa, Banten. This is a strategic position within our organisation, where you will play a crucial role in transforming raw sales data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and optimise our sales performance. You will be instrumental in supporting our sales team to achieve targets, identify market opportunities, and enhance overall business profitability through data-driven analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and consolidate sales data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics
• Conduct in-depth analysis of sales trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable recommendations
• Generate regular performance reports for BOD
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to align data requirements and support strategic initiatives
• Create visualisations and presentations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels
• Monitor and analyse customer behaviour, market conditions, and competitive landscape data
• Maintain data integrity and implement best practices for data management and security

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales analysis, data analytics, or a similar role within a sales environment
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Proficiency in using statistical methods and forecasting techniques
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical audiences
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, business, economics, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred
