Job summary
PT Margacipta Wirasentosa is seeking a skilled Data Analyst Sales to join the sales team in Cikupa, Banten, on a full-time basis. You will transform raw sales data into insights that drive decisions, support targets, and improve profitability through data-driven analysis and reporting.
You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels. The role requires strong Excel skills, data interpretation, and bilingual fluency in English and Indonesian where
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales analysis or analytics in sales environments.
- Strong Excel analytics and reporting skills.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and present insights clearly.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and consolidate sales data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards with KPIs.
- Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable recommendations.
- Generate regular performance reports for executive leadership (BOD).
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to align data needs.
