Job summary

Boga Group (Jatim) is seeking a Dimsum Cook to prepare and process various types of dimsum according to standard recipes. You will handle ingredient prep, cooking, and plating while maintaining quality, taste, shape, and consistency of products in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications include a minimum SMK Tata Boga/Culinary or equivalent, with preference for experience in dimsum preparation. Proficiency in making various dimsum items, especially Xiao Long Bao, and a strong understanding of food

Qualifications

• Experience in making various types of dimsum; Xiao Long Bao is a plus.
• Proficiency in making dimsum and understanding basic food safety.
• Willing to work shifts and be a team player.

About you

Minimum SMK Tata Boga/Culinary or equivalent qualification

Experience as a Dimsum Cook preferred

Proficiency in making various types of dimsum; ability to make Xiao Long Bao is an added value

Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene

Quick, meticulous, disciplined, and able to work in a team
