La Joya Balangan Resort in South Bali seeks a Pastry Cook (Daily Worker) to join a boutique clifftop retreat known for handcrafted villas and ocean views. The role supports high-volume pastry production in a serene, nature-inspired setting, requiring energy, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in pastry, plus formal pastry/culinary education. A professional demeanor and strong hygiene practices are essential for daily kitchen operations on site.

• Minimum education background in Culinary Arts (Pastry), Vocational High School, or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of pastry experience, preferably in a hotel or high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of basic pastry techniques, cake decoration, and pastry kitchen equipment operation.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional attitude, good communication skills, and strong teamwork abilities.
• Familiar with safety and hygiene standards.
• Good health, mature, pleasant personality and neat appearance.

Qualification:

• Minimum education background in Cullinary Arts (Pastry), Vocational High School, or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of experience working in the pastry section, preferably in a hotel or high volume environment
• Strong knowledge of basic pastry techniques, cake decoration, and the operation of pastry kitchen equipment
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates a professional attitude, good communication skills, and strong teamwork abilities
• Familiar with safety and hygiene standards
• Good Health, mature, pleasant personality & neat appearance
