Job summary

MateCareer in Bali, Indonesia is hiring an HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment, oversee performance appraisals, and manage attendance and employee records with accuracy.

You will administer BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, handle KITAS documentation for expatriate staff, ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies, and drive operational HR improvements to boost efficiency.

• Handle recruitment process for all levels.
• Oversee the Performance Appraisal process and ensure timely evaluations.
• Monitor and manage attendance and employee database.

• Manage contract staff and handle KITAS documentation.

• Support and implement HR operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
