Job summary

MateCareer in Batukandik, Bali, seeks an HR professional to support recruitment, maintain employee records, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

You will coordinate learning and development programs, establish community relationships, and handle legal compliance for the company. The role offers competitive salary and benefits including service charge, social security, and THR.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Administer and process payroll accurately.
• Manage employee social security insurance programs, including BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
• Coordinate with Heads of Department to ensure manpower planning and scheduling are aligned with operational requirements and occupancy levels.
• Coordinate, implement, and monitor employee learning and development programs.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with local communities, Banjar authorities, educational institutions, government agencies, and other external stakeholders.
• Support the administration and renewal of company licenses, permits, and other legal compliance documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
