Job summary

PT SPENTERA is seeking a Pre Sales Engineer to gather technical information from clients, calculate man-days, and prepare proposals for each project. The role requires engaging with clients, tailoring services to their needs, and collaborating with the internal technical team.

The position emphasizes collaboration with Account Executives, technical consultation, and delivering comprehensive proposals for RFI and RFP requests, while defining project scope and ensuring seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1 year of experience handling IT products or services.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications (network basics, web/mobile apps, SDLC).
• Proactive, able to work independently or in teams.
• Comfortable conversing with clients.
• Strong verbal and written skills in Indonesian and English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to position cyber security solutions for strategic clients.
• Provide technical consultation and security solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Present company cybersecurity services.
• Prepare comprehensive technical proposals and responses for RFI/RFP requests.
• Define project scope and calculate required man-days per project.
• Gather technical information and work with the technical team to ensure project success.
