• Coordinate CX project coordination, tracking timelines and progress.
• Prepare meeting agendas, document key discussions, and produce minutes (MoM).
• Track action items and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Prepare project status updates, dashboards, and materials for management review.
• Support identification of opportunities to improve CX processes and program implementation.
