Job summary

PT MAS ARYA INDONESIA invites interns to join the Production Manufacturing – Cutting team. You will gain hands-on experience in cutting operations, daily production processes, and resource utilization, with mentorship to develop practical skills.

This internship welcomes fresh graduates in Industrial Engineering, Garment Manufacturing, or Textile disciplines who are fluent in English and eager to collaborate with Planning, Industrial Engineering, and Production teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Garment Manufacturing, Textile, or related field.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills across departments.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cutting operations and daily production processes.
• Coordinate with Planning, Industrial Engineering, and Production teams.
• Support the team in monitoring cutting capacity and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Learn and apply Lean Manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
