Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Customs Declarant / Customs Broker (PPJK) at manager level in Jakarta. You will oversee import and export clearance, perform HS Code classification, and coordinate with authorities to ensure timely, compliant operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in customs brokerage, PPJK certification, and fluent English (Mandarin a plus). Former customs officer experience is a strong advantage and you will lead cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customs brokerage or related networks
• Must hold PPJK certification (Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan) mandatory
• Fluent in English; Mandarin a plus
• Former customs officer is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Handle import and export customs clearance processes
• Perform accurate HS Code classification and ensure regulatory compliance
• Liaise with Customs authorities, shipping lines, and related parties
• Provide solutions for customs-related issues and documentation discrepancies
• Ensure smooth, timely, and compliant clearance operations
