Job summary

MR.DIY Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Customs Clearance Manager to oversee daily operations at our Jakarta head office. You will supervise staff, review documents, ensure accurate billing of handling, storage, and duties, and ensure compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in Custom Clearance or PPJK, port-area experience, and strong English communication. A Customs brokerage license is preferred; offline interview at head office will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Custom Clearance or PPJK.
• Experience in customs clearance at port area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Customs brokerage license preferred.
• Willing to have offline interview at head office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees on day-to-day tasks.
• Review paperwork to ensure handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
• Regulatory knowledge of customs laws and procedures.
• Develop and manage the department budget.
• Resolve problems as they arise.
• Analyze and develop SOPs.
• Prepare and present reports.
