• Minimum Bachelor Degree S1 with experience in Customer Service or Customer Support fields.
• Solid understanding of CRM systems and high accuracy in data management.
• Warm and persuasive communicator able to build quick rapport and guide users through chat.
• Proactive and resilient in handling high-volume leads and repetitive follow-ups.
• Quick learner who is willing to understand new products and business processes.
• Driven by a strong customer success mindset focused on helping and owning leads until a clear outcome.

Responsibilities

• Proactively handle and follow up on leads via WhatsApp, email, and digital channels
