Responsibilities

• Support the Sales and Program Manager to deliver excellent service to customers.
• Process orders daily: verify PO pricing vs quote price, MOQ, and shipment terms.
• Track orders daily: confirm material availability, production capacity, and delivery schedule.
• Expedite urgent material and production to meet customer requirements.
• Regularly meet with planners and update customers on account status.
• Prepare documents and reports for customers.
• Analyze negative-margin products and report findings with solutions.

Overview Of The Position

Responsible for supporting Sales and Program Management in managing customer orders, coordinating production and delivery schedules, maintaining customer communication, and ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales and Program Manager to ensure excellent service to customers.
• Day-to-day order processing to verify the PO pricing versus the quote price, MOQ, and shipment term.
• Day-to-day order tracking to confirm material availability, production capacity, and delivery schedule.
• Expediting urgent demands on material and production to satisfy customer requirements.
• Regular meetings with planners and update customers on the status of accounts.
• Participation needed to require meeting with PM/Sales/Customers.
• Prepare the documents and reports for customers.
• Analysis of negative-margin products and report the findings as well as the solution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a business-related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
• Able to speak, read, and type in English & Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance metrics and manage customer relationships.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
