Job summary

PT. Navitasys Technology Indonesia is seeking a capable professional to oversee customer and commercial management, align supply chain activities with customer commitments, and monitor daily production output to ensure on-time delivery.

You will work across materials, export & customs, and coordination with Chinese-speaking management and customers, requiring fluency in Mandarin and English. The role emphasizes detail orientation, ERP proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written, HSK 4 or above preferred) and proficient in English.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or production planning, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with export-import procedures and customs clearance is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working with production schedules, Excel, and ERP/reporting systems.
• Strong communication and cross-cultural coordination skills — able to liaise confidently with Chinese-speaking management and customers.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on new product models from NPI to MP
• Control and monitor the main production plan schedule
• Manage EOL and excess material compensation with customers
• Monitor customer order pricing
• Prepare and submit SMC monthly reports
• Review raw material delivery schedules, scrap, expired, and urgent material needs
• Monitor supplier agreements
• Monitor customs clearance processes
• Arrange and coordinate export materials
• Control and monitor customer shipment and customs clearance costs
• Coordinate customer snack and meal arrangements during visits
