Job summary

BizLink Holding Inc in Batam is seeking an Order Management professional to support Sales and Program Management by handling customer orders, coordinating production and delivery, and maintaining clear communication to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment. You will verify pricing, monitor material availability, track delivery schedules, and prepare reports for customers while collaborating with PM/Sales.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin, plus CRM experience, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a business-related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
• Able to speak, read, and type in English & Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance metrics.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Able to work well under pressure and handle emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day order processing to verify PO pricing vs quote, MOQ, and shipment terms.
• Day-to-day order tracking to confirm material availability, production capacity, and delivery schedule.
• Expedite urgent demands on material and production to satisfy customer requirements.
• Regular meetings with planners and update customers on account status.
• Prepare documents and reports for customers.
• Analysis of negative-margin products and report findings and solutions.

• Support the Sales and Program Manager to ensure excellent service to customers.
• Day-to-day order processing to verify the PO pricing versus the quote price, MOQ, and shipment term.
• Day-to-day order tracking to confirm material availability, production capacity, and delivery schedule.
• Expediting urgent demands on material and production to satisfy customer requirements.
• Regular meetings with planners and update customers on the status of accounts.
• Participation needed to require meeting with PM/Sales/Customers.
• Prepare the documents and reports for customers.
• Analysis of negative-margin products and report the findings as well as the solution.

Job Requirements
