Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang apa pun dengan IPK minimal 3.00.
• Pengalaman 1–2 tahun di layanan pelanggan, lebih disukai di asuransi jiwa, asuransi umum, atau perbankan.
• Keterampilan komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang kuat, mampu berinteraksi dengan berbagai pelanggan.
• Kemampuan multitasking, prioritas, dan manajemen waktu yang baik.
• Keterampilan pemecahan masalah yang kuat dan orientasi pada pelanggan.
• Proaktif, energetik, ramah, dan mudah didekati dengan sikap positif.
• Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan tugas administrasi dasar.
• Penampilan profesional dan rapi.

Responsibilities

• Memberikan layanan pelanggan melalui berbagai kanal (email, call center, walk-in).
• Menangani dan menyelesaikan keluhan pelanggan secara profesional.
• Bekerja sama dengan tim operasional internal untuk menyelidiki masalah pelanggan dan memberikan solusi yang efektif.
• Mengelola korespondensi pelanggan, termasuk surat dan dokumentasi terkait.
• Menjamin penanganan pertanyaan, permintaan, dan tugas administratif secara tepat waktu.

Job description

Provide customer service through various channels, including email, call center, and walk-in inquiries.

Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Coordinate with internal operational teams to investigate customer issues and provide effective solutions.

Manage and maintain customer correspondence, including letters and other related documentation.

Ensure timely and accurate handling of customer inquiries, requests, and administrative matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in the life insurance, general insurance, or banking industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, energetic, friendly, and approachable, with a positive attitude.
