Job summary

PT Asuransi Simas Jiwa membuka lowongan untuk posisi administrasi penjualan. Kandidat diharapkan memiliki gelar Sarjana (S1) di bidang Administrasi Bisnis, Manajemen, Keuangan, atau bidang terkait, serta pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di sales administration/operations, lebih disukai di industri asuransi jiwa atau perbankan.

Kandidat harus mahir Microsoft Office (terutama Excel & PowerPoint), memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik dengan pemangku kepentingan internal maupun

• Gelar Sarjana di Administrasi Bisnis/Manajemen/Keuangan atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di sales administration/operations, diutamakan asuransi jiwa/bancassurance/perbankan (fresh graduates dengan kemampuan kuat juga dipersilakan).
• Mahir Microsoft Office (terutama Excel & PowerPoint).
• Keterampilan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang kuat dengan pemangku kepentingan internal maupun eksternal.
• Teliti, terorganisir, dan mampu mengelola data dengan akurat.
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tenggat waktu dalam lingkungan yang dinamis.
• Integritas tinggi, disiplin, dan orientasi layanan.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related fields.

At least 1 year of experience in sales administration/operations, preferably in life insurance, bancassurance, or banking industry (fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome to apply).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).

Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling data accurately.

Able to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

High integrity, discipline, and service-oriented mindset.
