Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Internal Audit, Accounting, Anti-Fraud, Risk Management, Compliance, or Personal Data Protection
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial analysis, and insurance industry ratios
• Knowledge of governance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance (POJK/SEOJK/DSN-MUI) in insurance

• Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations (POJK, SEOJK, Ministerial Regulations, DSN-MUI Fatwas) for Sharia and conventional life insurance.
• Conduct compliance monitoring and internal control reviews, identify risks and gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit periodic regulatory reports via electronic systems and draft correspondence to regulators and stakeholders.
• Develop, review, and update internal policies, SOPs, and governance documents to align with regulatory requirements.

Job description

Perform accounting and financial analysis, including reviewing financial statements and financial ratios, to support business compliance and regulatory requirements in the life insurance industry.

Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including POJK, SEOJK, Ministerial Regulations, and DSN-MUI Fatwas, for both Sharia and conventional life insurance business operations.

Conduct compliance monitoring and internal control reviews, including identifying potential risks, fraud indicators, and regulatory gaps, and recommend corrective actions to ensure effective governance.

Prepare and submit periodic regulatory reports through electronic reporting systems, as well as draft formal correspondence and responses to regulators and other relevant stakeholders.

Develop, review, and update internal policies, procedures, and governance documents, including SOPs, process flowcharts, internal memoranda, and guidelines, to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and business operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or a related field, with specific experience in the Sharia and/or conventional life insurance industry.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in one or more of the following functions: Internal Audit, Accounting, Anti-Fraud, Risk Management, Compliance, and/or Personal Data Protection, preferably within the life insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial analysis, including financial statements, capital markets, and financial ratios relevant to the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance in the insurance industry, including applicable laws and regulations, Ministerial Regulations, POJK, SEOJK, and DSN-MUI Fatwas, as well as compliance monitoring, auditing, and oversight.
